About Us
Keyspresso is an online-based keyboard shop and service centre located in the North York region of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Since 2019, our mission has been to provide the Canadian community with products and services that enhance the custom mechanical keyboard experience.
Our key objectives:
- keep core products in stock
- help get fresh designs into Canadian hands through group buys and more
- provide end to end service so you can get the board you want built
The coffee mindset
We look to coffee as a metaphor- your usual Tim Horton's brew does the job but what if there's better out there? Can you get a flavour profile you really like? The rich glow, the smooth touch, the full-bodied thock? We think you can and we're here to help.
We’re true enthusiasts- just like you!
We're a small business run by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. We stay up to date with what’s going on in the community and make purchases the same way you do. The products we offer are products we want to have for ourselves, and the group buys we participate in are products we'd like to have too.
We care about quality.
We want the products we offer and services we provide to match the level of quality our own personal keyboards are at. If it's not good enough for us, it's not good enough for you.
Our custom 3D printed products are specifically made and tailored to our needs. They go through several iterations of prototyping before they are offered to you- our keyboard stands were tested with our most expensive and heavy personal boards before being offered to you!
We care about the planet.
Reducing our environmental impact is important to us and we actively look into ways to improve our packaging, reuse what we can, and purchase sustainable products. We believe goods should be made to last as long as possible; poorly manufactured products become unnecessary waste. Our repair services aim to help customers increase the useful life of the keyboards they already own.
We are also actively looking into ways to repurpose and reuse keyboards and keyboard parts! If you have mechanical keyboards and related products you are looking to donate, please feel free to contact us. We have some exciting initiatives in mind for the future!
