We take CAD and USD. Make sure the toggle at the top of the screen is either the Canadian flag or US flag, whichever you prefer.

You can still pay in USD if you are Canadian. Just be mindful of the exchange fees your payment method may charge you.

Route Insurance

Route Insurance is an optional additional purchase you can make upon placing your order to cover risks associated with shipping and delivery. For more information on the coverage Route provides, please visit their website here.

Please note: Route insurance does not apply to the following cases. If you order is one of the following below, please remove Route from your cart prior to checking out!

• Group Buys: Route will not honour claims for Group Buys and preorders due to the time gap between when it is purchased, and when these orders are shipped out.
• Untracked shipping services: This includes Lettermail (within Canada) and international parcels using services that do not include tracking. Please read further below if you are shopping internationally for advice on which shipping service you should select.

Canadians:

• Untracked, Uninsured shipping is slow and you WILL NOT get a tracking number. Even though it's extremely rare that a package is lost (usually it was left at one of your neighbour's or the address provided was wrong), you should consider that your package could get lost.
• Chit Chats pickup might be really slow. Their support is not the best either.

TLDR, use these services if you are OK with waiting.

US: You should be fine, all a matter of when your package gets handed off to USPS.

International:

• Look up the service offered (from Canada Post) BEFORE you order! The cheaper services will likely NOT have tracking. They rarely get lost but if you are antsy or need something faster, pick a more expensive option.
